«The Radiant Temple» Installation The central theme of the work became the material itself, its plastics and the process of working with it. With the obstinacy of the man captured by obsession, we are cutting up a mirror, melting a bitumen. The sound of smashing glass and the smell of bitumen are integral parts of the installation. Our goal, in this case, is to create a total space inside the single object, some kind of a trap for a viewer to catch an eye and hold one's attention. In many ways, it is a temple. It has all the attributes of a temple: rows of shining vaults, wide opened gates and All-Seeing Eye above them. Rays escape from the red triangle made from pomegranate stones and flow inside where they fill the entire space with light and ringing. But this space inside is empty. Everyone can enter the temple.
